Remuneration

The initial salary is Rs 10,000-Rs 20,000, which can go upto Rs 35000 with 2-3 years of hard work. (Moslty for 5- Star Hotel)
After graduation, one can join as a management trainee and after 18 months of training program, you can get the position of assistant restaurant manager & earn about Rs 20,000 - 25 000.
After two years excluding training period, if you are eligible for restaurant manager then you can earn around Rs 25,000 - Rs 35,000 per month along with perks.
This is the scenario with bachelors degree with Hotel Management.
There have large opportunists with MBA cum BHM courses, where remuneration will drastically increase 3-4 fold with the MBA degree in Operations/HR etc
